I had a terrible experience with a warranty company not wanting to pay what was owed, 14 emails, countless phone calls with no joy. I emailed my city council, which allows them to use city letterhead for their advertising, was no help. I finally contacted BCR. I have never had to use them before, but glad I did. They reached this large corporation and cut through the red tape. They get results! My reimbursement check was received about three weeks after their involvement. Thanks so much for your help and protection of customer rights.

My company has dealt with BCR for many years. I have found them to be thorough and ethical. They are polite yet firm in dealing with our delinquent customers. Our relationship has been excellent.

We have been using BCR services now for under six months. They have collected more payments from patients who owe us money since we started using them than the amount collected from a Corporate Collection Agency we used for over three years. I couldn't be more thrilled with the work BCR Services is doing! Impressed doesn't even start to express how I feel about their work for us!

Excellent company that knows what to do in each situation. Several problems arose during the process, and BCR always had the tools to solve them, first, contact the client, we met to say our objectives, and then they took care of making my debtor pay me the money, the commission that BCR charged me for its services was quite fair. They have the best team in the entire market.

I see that many people helped their companies with the collection issue. In my case, I was the debtor, BCR enabled me to reach an agreement with the business to which I owed money, BCR was in charge of meeting everyone's expectations which favored the result. I could pay what I owed without consequences, thank you very much.

I want to thank BCR for their time and patience, I had outstanding accounts receivable that would have taken me more than 2 years to collect them and I would have spent ten times more than with BCR, I sent them all the information by email, they notified me of each step of the process, I forgot everything and in the end, they had collected all my money in less than the time it would have taken me, thanks for the excellent work.

The rating would be a 10 out of 10, I was in a crisis due to uncollected debtors for years, so we contacted BCR our plan was to be able to pay part of that money to our workers for the holidays and that's how it was, thank you very much BCR

I thought it would take a long time for them to work to collect my money, but apparently, their techniques are effective since they could do it in less time than we had contemplated, which opened up new strategies for our business

Its value as a company is very great, my experience was very good for all the precise work they did, they located the debtor and found the best way to recover my money, always attentive to recommendations which is excellent.
