Caleb helped me and my fiancé find an affordable flood insurance policy. Our house is in a flood zone so it was required and most agencies were charging us almost double what our home insurance was. Caleb made the process so much easier than what I had been doing. He basically did all the searching and communicating with providers, our loan agent, and attorney. All we had to do was review the policies and sign. Fee is very small and fair so I highly recommend this service if your looking to make your search for flood insurance quick and easy.

Time will prove the wisdom of going with this company. Some things are unknowable up front. I chose Better Flood because of the representative. She listened to me, heard my concerns, and addressed them quickly. Of the various companies I contacted, I felt I could trust this company because of the sincerity of their agent. Though it was not the cheapest quote, it is the policy that will let me sleep at night, which is why I buy any insurance.
