Very quick and simple process. Caleb, my assigned flood nerd, was very responsive and helpful. I applied for a quote very late at night and by the next day I had my policy. They were able to find me a much more affordable option, and I am very pleased. I regret not going with the flood nerds a year ago when I initially got flood insurance.
