I’ve never filed bankruptcy and so I knew nothing about the process or what to expect. I knew I wanted a lawyer that would actually help me. Someone who I felt I could trust to do the best job that they could. Not just take my money and never respond to me. I was SO scared to go through this process that I put it off way longer than I should have. But after working with Chip and Sandy I wish I would have done it sooner. Every time I had a question I could email Sandy and she would respond super quickly. They made the process SO easy and were there to answer any questions I had, whenever I had them. Blue Bell Bankruptcy is fantastic! If your trying to find a good, helpful, and caring lawyer to help you through this scary time, look no further you found them! They went above and beyond all of my expectations. Chip and Sandy for the win!

We located Chips firm through reviewing other people’s experiences on the Internet. We selected the firm initially because the Paralegal, Sandy, was exceptional, listened well and gave the feeling she cared about our family; she also spoke very highly of Chip. In working with Chip, our family was being taken advantage of by an attorney trying to keep us from refinancing our home by refusing to release the home lien unless we paid him money not legally owed. Chip, was prompt to address the problem through some strong communication, he also took time to research the situation to validate our position, he then negotiated a settlement for much less than was being demanded and was very aware of the need for timely resolution. It was hard to pay any settlement when you knew you didn’t owe any money, but it was very appreciated by our family to have someone with the intellect to know when a settlement is more beneficial than a lawsuit and provide sound advice. We would highly recommended using Chip…intelligent, highly trained and effective. It was also very nice to feel we were being represented by a good man and an exceptional paralegal.

Recently I hired Chip Parker for my.bankruptcy needs. From our first phone call, I recognized Chip to be a knowledgeable, caring professional. His priority was to make the bankruptcy process easy and comfortable. That's exactly what happened. I interacted with Sandy as she guided my collection of personal documents. She was always helpful and patient with me. Sandy answered my many questions quickly too. Both Chip and Sandy walked me through the bankruptcy process and calmed my fears. Chip even offers his clients a free credit improvement course. I am very thankful to have had Chip and Sandy in my corner. For these reasons and more, I high recommend Chip Parker for your bankruptcy needs.

I highly recommend Blue Bee Bankruptcy Law. Chip Parker and his assistant Sandy were great and extremely professional. They took me through the process of filing bankruptcy and made it very simple. I highly recommend using Blue Bee Bankruptcy, it is so scary and uncertain when filing a bankruptcy but I felt completely at ease with Chip and Sandy. They made the process as simple and easy as possible. If I had questions about paperwork (which was rare because they lay it out step by step) they answered in a timely manner. If any possible issues arose they contacted me immediately and explained the situation and possible outcomes but also offered advice and solutions. Their process offered everything I needed to file and how to begin to rebuild after. I wouldn’t let anyone I know needing this service use anyone else. Thank you Chip & Sandy!

I am so glad that I chose Blue Bee Bankruptcy to help me through my bankruptcy. Chip and Sandy were so helpful every step of the way. They genuinely want you to be as informed and prepared as you possibly can be either when it comes to filling out the mountain of paperwork and those PHd level questions or easing your fears and anxiety when it’s your turn for the creditors meeting.
