twenty years and still very satisfied. they always have time to answer any questions, have never let me run out of gas and the techs that do the furnace inspection every year are knowledgeable, polite, and just nice people. I would highly recommend Blueox to anyone.

the only we have a problem with. is that they need to use the narrow truck when they deliver our kersone. which I have spoken to them about. other than that no complaints.

Always respectful when they come. Always call and let you know if they'll be late or call when they can come early. The guy who serviced my furnace was nice enough to call and tell me he had an emergency, he would be late. Never had a problem with the company.
