Brian is a true professional and is excellent with communication, negotiations, and handling any transaction. I was referred over to Brian from someone that used him, to help me buy my first house. On our first conversation on the phone I felt very comfortable and knew I was in great hands. He answered all of my questions, explained how the process works, gave me an overview, let me know the next few steps so I will be prepared, and told me exactly what documents I needed to get him so we can start the process. I quickly did the loan application with his lender online in 2 minutes, yes it was that easy, got him all the documents they needed, and later that day I was qualified and ready to look and even put offers on a house! Wow, I could not believe how easy and simple Brian and his lender made the process. From there we located a house and he put the offer the same day. He negotiated a great deal on the house and got me extra closing credits, which I liked because it kept more cash in my pocket. He had all his people ready to go every step of the way and explain everything so I could understand. We ended up closing escrow early and I was excited to get my keys! Overall I was more than satisfied with Brian's services and how he handled everything! I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell. When I am ready to upgrade my first house and buy something bigger, I will be using Brian to handle the sale of this house and the purchase of my newer one. Brian is a great Commercial Realtor! I have a big operation and already have two warehouses, so I was looking to expand my business and get a third warehouse with offices in the front so I can move them and have my main office in the new location. I found Brian online since he has excellent reviews and called him right away. I could not believe that there as a realtor like Brian, I am so glad to have found him. From my first call to him, we went over everything we needed, and Brian got to work right away. The same day he sent me possible locations and set up appointments so we could go see them. After seeing them and going over the details of each, we came down to the best location for my business. I sent my financials and paperwork that he needed and he sent in the offer the same day. Brian was an excellent negotiator, he got me a great rate, terms, and even got me early access to my new place after we signed the lease. I could not believe how quick Brian was to get a commercial transaction done. I know from my previous dealings with commercial realtors, they tend to be much slower on the commercial side than the residential. So that ends up taking longer and the realtor does not get back as quick. However, Brian was the opposite and every client is just as important to him and will do his best to get back to you as soon as he can. He was always there when I had a question, but most of the time he updated me, so I really did not have any questions since he prepared me ahead of time for the next steps. I had worked with another commercial realtor in the past for my other warehouses but they did not compare to the way Brian handled it and the type of person he is. I was just shocked, because Brian actually cares for what I wanted and made sure I was satisfied since it was my business. I can't say it enough, Brian is did an outstanding job and I am overly satisfied! I will be using him to buy another home as an investment coming up soon and if I ever want get another warehouse for my business. I will only trust him and make sure to send him any business from my friends and family!

Before I met Brian I listed my house with another realtor, which I heard was good and other people have used him, but something I felt was telling me otherwise and I wasn't very pleased. Well about a month later I was referred over to Brian and from the first conversation I had with him over the phone, I knew this was the person I wanted to sell my house. Since I was not getting any offers with my previous realtor and I was not really satisfied with how he was handling the sale of my house, I cancelled my listing agreement with him and quickly hired Brian.
