I was very fortunate to get Richie Duncan at Magnolia Bank as our mortgage broker to refinance our VA loan to a VA IRRL, thus lowering our interest rate by 1.5% and reducing the length of our loan. He was very knowledgeable about all things VA, extremely easy to talk too, and goes above and beyond to get your loan through as fast and easy as possible. Richie is the top expert in the industry and definitely the one you want working your VA loan!
