This time my economic situation had changed and not for the better and I was still treated with respect and the same work ethic and again got a great rate Fantastic company. I searched high and low for a reputable company who would serve as a VA lender, not just for mortgage but also for construction. I must admit, doing business solely over the internet made me a little leery initially, however, Richie Duncan and his team were truly knowledgeable and very professional. They kept me updated every step of the way and for that and this team, I am grateful! Definitely a great experience. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!

my Husband and I just recently closed on our OTC construction loan. Richie and his team were absolutely amazing! I spent a month searching for a lender who was willing to work with our goals of us purchasing land and financing a new construction build all in one. As most know, the homebuying experience can be pretty scary, especially for first time home buyers like ourselves, I have always heard such horror stories about the process so I was a little anxious. Richie and his team always calmed my anxiety and made sure to explain everything to me in a way I understood, they stayed in contact with me for every step of the process and they are absolutely the kindest people. I want to thank Richie, Kelly, Saif and Christine so much for all their help Through out this process. If your looking to purchase a new home, I highly recommend you give Richie and his team a call. Richie, Saif, kellyare the best people you will ever meet. They were reachable whenever we needed them. They communicated with my builder and realtor which removed some of the pressure off my family. I returned the documents they requested fast and we within 28 days. They are the best. Before I met them I was dealing with some rude banks and when I met this team it was a relief!

Let’s star by saying that Richie is by far the best to work with on a loan. I have went thru hell with this refi before I met Richie. I was approved by two lenders before I spoke to Richie . The day of closing both lenders said they couldn’t close because of the appraisal. So when I spoke to Richie and explain what had happen he told me to let him look at it and he would see what he could do with it. I was very clear I didn’t want to waste my time or his if he thought there was going to be the same outcome. After a day or two he called me and said he could help. So here we are closed on the loan with no problems. He is the best and I would recommend him to everyone I meet that needs a loan.

WOW!! I can not say enough about Richie and his team they went over and above to make this happen for my husband and I!! I started out with another Lender and well it fell apart when I started asking them questions about their BBB reviews they flaked out on me and never returned any of my phone calls. I was in a situation where I needed a cash out refinance ASAP or file BK and I did not want to do the BK. I filled out the questions on line and the phone rang immediately the gentlemen on the phone told me I would receive a call first thing Monday at 9am. On Monday at 9am the phone rang and it was Richie, I explained everything and he went to work! My credit score was low, my debt was high and he made it happen!! Did we hit speed bumps? Absolutely, but not one time did Richie or his team give up on me. Every time I texted or emailed I had a response back within a matter of minutes day or night! I honestly could go on and on about what a great experience it has been. If I ever need to do this again my 1st and only call will be Richie!! Thank you Richie and team it has been a pleasure!
