I inquired about a loan on a Saturday evening. I received a call from Richie Duncan on Sunday morning. Very impressive. After filling out the application Richie was immediately on top of things and I had a pre qualify letter very soon. Richie advised me on an offer and that was a huge help. My realtor was impressed by how prompt things were handled. In Vermont things move very slow. But Richie kept the ball moving and I will close on my home 9/20/19. Very exciting. Thank you Richie and thank you Kelly (she’s the force that keeps Richie moving) for making a stressful time really easy for me.

Could not be more pleased with the process and result experienced working with Richie Duncan. During my thirty-two year financial planning career I've had opportunity to work on behalf of my clients with many mortgage brokers - none of them more knowledgeable than Richie - none of them as efficient, available or responsive as Richie. Also evident is the degree to which Richie holds his clients' best interests at heart. Five stars is not enough.

Before we contacted Richie, we had some challenges on getting our refinance done. Richie took everything in stride and the whole process went smoothly and on time. We couldn’t be happier with our new mortgage and will definitely be back when the time comes for a new home loan!!

Richie and his team are absolutely amazing, from start to finish they were there for all my questions and concerns. This is also my 2nd loan with Richie in a year, the first loan was our very first purchase, and he watched the market for us when he saw rates drop to help lower our rate. We were able to lock in an amazing rate on our home loan because of their dedication and knowledge. They made the entire process stress free and easy. Communication, knowledge, understanding of the customer....this is what people want when making some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives! This company has it all and has made a customer for life. Thanks again for everything you've done for me and my family.

Highly recommend this company. Less than a year after purchasing a new home, there were multiple issues that arose and needed immediate attention. Due to the fact that we were not aware these issues would surface so quickly, we had tied up all of our funds in the down payment. Although we had a significant amount of equity in the home as a result of the down payment, I was unable to find a company that would finance more than 80%. Both my husband and I are service disabled veterans and could not find any company to refinance using a VA loan. Many thanks to Richie Duncan who was able to get us a VA secured loan, and was also able to reduce my interest rate by 1.125%...HUGE savings. Thank you Community 1st!
