Hello I Just wanted to take this time express my gratitude for the excellent above and beyond service from the Staff at Magnolia Bank, I first started out with Richie Duncan, he was very helpful in constantly explaining everything to me and always trying to keep me informed on how to keep the best interest rate, and all of the options I had as a veteran. Richie Was great as he kept open communications with me at all times Then there was Saif Kovach, Saif I must say went to the ends of the earth for my loan in a way that I never heard or seen a banker do, to be more detailed when it seems like the other party would lose motivation to get certain task done, and the deal was in doubt, Saif would send emails to whoever and speak to every and anybody, including me, the seller and the seller’s bankers, and also to the seller’s attorney. Saif, Richie and the Kelly and the rest of the team just had this never say die attitude and Im just so thankful that they were so helpful and so resilient to get my mortgage to happen. I cant say enough great things about the staff at this bank, I will make sure that I will spread the word about staff at Magnolia that helped me attain apart of the American dream to become a home owner, from now on Magnolia will be my first recommendation to people who are looking for a home, thank you so much Magnolia Warren Watson

I have completed 4 or 5 loans with Saif and Richie. They work very hard to get everything together. The communicate consistently, but they don't pester me. I've even had them compete with other lenders and they always win. Whether it's rate or service they get my business every time. I highly recommend working with these guys. I loved working with Saif Kovach throughout my loan process. He is phenomenal!!!!!! He knew exactly how to calm me down when the underwriters would want more, more, more. He is definitely an asset to this bank. I enjoyed working with Richie Duncan and Kelly McDaniel, too. But Saif was my go-to guy. Thank you all for getting my house closed when I desparately needed it to close! If the underwriters had not been such a pain-in-the-a**, I would have given all 5's. 11
