I applied originally with BOA and Quicken Loans. None recognized I was eligible for VA loan. The others only FHA. This saved me thousands of dollars. They were also extremely responsive compared to the others. Glad we made the connection to complete our 1st home purchase

As a first time buyer using a VA loan on a manufactured home on acreage it seemed like we couldn't find lenders that did manufactured homes at all.... until we found Richie Duncan at Build, Buy, Refi. Start (offer) to finish(close) we were in the new home in 45 days paying less than what our landlord was intending to raise our apartment rent to. Timing our apartment move out exactly with our closing was amazing. We love our new home and will always come back to Richie and team in the future!

I honestly don’t know how to thank Richie enough. We had a difficult property and a horrible real estate agent and he pulled everything together like a hero.
