Thank you to Richie Duncan, Kelly McDaniel and their team for working in a expeditious manner which helped us close on our home in a timely manner inspite of the pandemic. I couldn’t find a lot on buildbuyrefi at first, but after talking to the team and getting a rate quote I decided to take a risk and go with them. Normally I work with NFCU for all my financing needs, however now I will be back to Richie and his team the next go around. They were quick on turnarounds, always responded to my emails and made life easy for the wife and I. I’d highly recommend them!

Richie Duncan handled all my questions, returned all my emails and calls, and kept in contact as we went. Very easy on my part. Not only did he move the process along, but he kept me motivated to go to the finish. The rates brought my monthly down considerably and lowered the interest saving me thousands. Rickie was absolutely wonderful! We would deal with him again anytime, anywhere and on any deal! We were not happy with the underwriters and that process, however Richie made it bearable.

Richie, Saif, and Christina were all a pleasure to work with. They were attentive, punctual, professional, and diligent. This will be my first and last home that I will ever build, but if I were to do it again, I would definitely go with this team so it gets done correctly. I ended up with a 2.75%, 30 year fixed rate which is a phenomenal rate, especially for a construction loan. I will be recommending them to anyone that is going to be building in my area.
