I was very pleased with how quickly things went, because of being one of the first to close with the new program it was a little disorganized near closing. With that being said I’m sure the kinks will be worked out and it will be 5 stars from here on out. The group was a pleasure to work with and will definitely refer others your way.

Magnolia Bank has the most friendly and hardest working lenders in the business. From our first phone call with Richie Duncan we knew we were in good hands. He worked fast and even took our calls over the weekend to get us preapproved. We were then set up with Saif Kovach and Christina Kovach, who were both extremely professional and very friendly. I worked very closely with Christina on getting all of the necessary paperwork gathered. She went above and beyond and held my hand through the entire process. Every single one of our home building vendors that dealt with Christina spoke very highly of her. This is an all star team! They work fast and effectively. They make the stressful process of buying & building your home fun & easy. They have your back throughout the entire process and make you feel like you are their only client & even a good friend. I would love to work with them again in the future and cannot recommend them enough. They are amazing!!! You will be so glad you went with this can do team.
