Quality of parts is great. Love that it can expand to a larger table if I need to in the future. Works great, but overall the quality of tech service helping me getting the table up and running properly is beyond 5 star! Everyone I ever talked with from tech support to shippers and packers listened and did what they promised they would do in the same day. Often within the hour. I would highly recommend Wright CNC for anyone interested in investing in buying a plasma table. Worried about the distance, they being in Las Vegas, me in East Tenn. but no worries when all said and done! Excellent group of people, excellent products!! Thank you!

I’ve had my 4’by4’ plasma table for two months now. Setting it was easy but I had a few things that didn’t go together well. The water pan was bent and I had to shim it so I could get it to lay flat. The other stuff I talked to wrightcnc customer support and we got it figured out. The customer support is really good if you can get ahold of someone. It good they have a portal page that has video and if you watch YouTube video about the problems your having most of the time you can figure it out .

I have not assembled my table yet, as it just arrived yesterday afternoon, but just from opening crate I can tell wright cnc takes pride in their product. Everything looks of high quality and was packaged well. I was very nervous shipping from Nevada to NW Ohio, but everything made the journey without incident.
