After a year with Burn, I can honestly say it is the best studio and value for my workout needs. I train for mountaineering, all classes have specific targets for what my needs are. Best studio I have belonged to ever, as well, I have the utmost respect for all of the instructors. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a studio that can satisfy any fitness level to Burn. One not so important request, ok to throw a Little Rock music in once in awhile

BURN is the best. This gym offers a variety of classes, with amazing instructors at convenient times of day. Their staff are welcoming and friendly. On top of all of this it is affordable. Never be bored or broke from your workout again. Your body, mind and wallet will thank you.
