I really enjoy my therapist Kirsten and she’s helped me a lot with my plantar faschiitis. Also, she convinced me to take it easy and not do my exercises while taking Levaquin, an antibiotic whose side effects include ruptured tendons. I didn’t listen to my doctor and was continuing with my exercises but Kirsten convinced me not to, explaining how hard it was to recover from a ruptured tendon.

This has been one of the better decisions I have made for my health, as I had some serious constant knee pain that would me back, and now I am pain free with stronger muscles to better support my active life style. My physical therapist gave me several different workouts that were easy to follow, and stretches that made all the difference.
