I have been with this firm for over 8 years and when I first started with them they had great customer service. This has changed in the last year, they started to make a lot of mistakes such as forgetting to send me timely W2s for my employees at the end of the year and not following up for 6 months when my tax return they e-filed got rejected, costing me extra in fines with IRS. They also did not give me adequate time to find a new processing service before telling me they can no longer handle that as they are too busy now. I will be filing a formal complaint against this business with DORA and BBB. I would never recommend this CPA to any business. Obviously, they have more clients than they can handle, so they can no longer provide quality services to anyone.

Hello staff at IVS. Just a quick note to let you all know that I am very pleased with the service that has been performed on my 1965 Volvo 1800S. The counter staff is very friendly and courteous when I arrive and Derrick and his crew in the shop area are tops in my book. It's very satisfying to know that I have a shop to bring my vintage Volvo to when I need to have it serviced. I highly recommend IVS especially to those who are lucky enough to have a vintage Volvo. By the way, my first visit to IVS was November 18th, 2011, with the same 1965 Volvo. They've got her running just fine! Thank you, IVS.

Exceptional installation quality, techs were experienced, knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. From the time i called, to initial visit, customer service is was top notch. Solved a hot room issue, did proper load calculations, were transparent every step of the way! I would highly recommend them for anyone need a new A/C system.
