I wanted to add strength to my marathon training and Kyle was just what I needed. He formulated a long-term plan that worked! I improved my time by 15 minutes and he was so good, that I continued on even after my training. He's super knowledgeable and flexible based on your injuries or needs at the time. He has the right amount of push; when I scowl at doing something he reminds me that I can do it and that's when gains are made. He keeps your long-term goals in mind and stays current on the latest research and techniques to keep you moving, which I especially appreciate as I've had some injuries to work through. He's become a part of my weekly routine and I'm fortunate that he is my trainer.
