EverClear Pool & Spas

We had Everclear install a new pool liner. Once it was installed there were several wrinkles. They came back to remove what they could. Please note we were never given any warranty /requirement paperwork ever. After the first winter the pool when cover was removed the pool was full of wrinkles and looked and still looks horrible. Everclear stated that we have not provided water analysis so they cannot warranty, remember we have not been given written requirement protocol for warranty. We had no clue we had to. We have had other pool companies look and state that the liner must be replaced and because of the lack of integrity of Everclear we should contact the manufacturer. We have reached out to Everclear for the manufacture name and phone number but they refuse to give it to us. DO NOT purchase a liner from this company. They have good service guys but when it comes to warranty they fail terribly. next step is small claims.
