The personnel at EZ Storage are always professional, helpful and friendly. I like the reminder call if I've forgotten to make my payment. The facility is always spotless and I am very confident in the security. Great place!

I've been at the Eastpointe Location (21500 Gratiot Ave.) for almost 2 years; and i don't plan to leave anytime soon. The staff there managed by Ms. Angela Olkowski are always friendly & professional. The site is clean from the curb appeal to the rest rooms, elevators and halls. Whatever issues i've had (2); Ms. Angela addressed quick & with an empathy you don't see in customer service these days! Thank You! :-)

When I decided to return to the UK to continue with my studies, I was concerned with where I would leave my personal belongings for the duration of my Ph.D studies. Meeting Dave gave me the reassurance I needed. He was professional, always ensuring that all my questions were answered. Leaving them with EZ storage gave me a peace of mind, allowing me to concentrate on my Ph.D. Knowing that after my Ph.D, I would return to the USA and find my belongings the same way I left them gave me a wonderful feeling! In the last few years I have had between 1 and 4 large units rented with you. Everything has worked well and I'm very pleased. Especially when they have given management the ability to work with me even if I am a little overdue on payments. I store everything for my business with you. The 1 thing that I would like to see is an 24 hour emergency # to handle any problems after business hours. Thanks.

Michelle at your 13 and Orchard Lake facility is a true asset to your company. She was very helpful when I initially rented a unit and her dedication to her clients/customers continued thereafter whenever I had a question or concern. Dave the Manager that I work with at the location in Wayne, MI has always been very helpful. He has worked with me on many occasions adding units that will adapt to the type of storage needs we have with business and personal. He is very detailed oriented and keeps the office and yard area looking its best.
