Owner is a insensitive jerk and seems to not know his facts I am in fact a person who rents on an HOA property and his says I am not jenny Walters and the president team up against you for you to try and appeal the complaints and at that point there is no appeal process for them. If you use emergency services like a ambulance to help you be aware that you will get a complaint for utilizing this public service! My whole thoughts about this company is they just want your money but will not do the things you pay for in your contract with them.

Response time to email communications varies. Some responses are timely and others are beyond the normal expectations of a business that values their clients. I would expect a higher level of service based on the amount of monthly management fees that the HOA pays to Faith Property Management.

Here in Fairview Village we have had our problems between some of our residents and HOA Management companies. At no fault of the Management company. But Faith Property has really stepped up and went what I would say is above the other companies to handle these problem residents. I can't compliment Consuelo and Mike enough on what they bring to the table for Fairview Village. Thanks to Consuelo, Mike and the whole staff. We greatly appreciate all that you do for us.
