Overall, Faith does a good job for our community. The community manager that is assigned to our neighborhood is right on top of all the issues, and very responsive. My only issue concerns the fees that we pay. While I have no objection to the negotiated monthly fee, I feel some of the other payments that we make are somewhat excessive.
