I really don't like change, so when I was contacted by this company it was no different. But, I am so glad I listened and gave them a chance to show me what they could do for our business! They saved me 30% right away and that was just the beginning. It is nice to be able to call them with questions and know that I'm talking with an owner who knows his business thoroughly! I would recommend them to everyone who wants a friendly partner who keeps your business needs as his priority.

GD Pay was helpful during the setup process. This family owned business is courteous and responds promptly to questions and inquiries. We primarily use the virtual terminal which is capable of processing Level II and Level III transactions for reduced rates. Big bonus for us. Overall their rates have remained very competitive and consistent to the agreed upon fees. This has been a good partnership for our small business and I would recommend giving them a look.

After so many bad experiences with credit card processors, I'm so glad we switched to GDpay. It is so nice to not feel ripped off every time we get our credit card processing statement. I like the fact that when I call GDpay, I can talk to one of the owners. Since we switched processors to GDpay, we are paying roughly 60% of the fees that we paid before with no surprise charges.

After looking long and hard for a credible merchant service provider I came across GDpay. Kevin, the owner, set up a personal meeting with me to discuss options for my business merchant account. He personally completed a data analysis for my business, showing me different options, costs, benefits and where I could save money. They were also able to help me set up QuickBooks integration for a complete solution to my credit card processing needs. I immediately felt that Kevin would not enter into business unless it was a beneficial relationship for both of us. He truly cares about his customers needs and it showed. I would recommend GDpay to any business looking for an outstanding merchant service provider.
