SUPERLATIVE! Problems solved faultlessly! Thank you Gladiator Repipe. My 50yo home had water, gas, and sewer pipe problems. I was dreading the entire challenge, not knowing who to call. A referral to Gladiator Repipe became a godsend. Brian's company started the next day and changed every pipe in 3 days. Leaky galvanized, gone. Leaky gas fittings, gone. Oozing sewer lines, gone. Yet each night I was fully served again. Gladiator was thoroughly impressive. Skilled. Knowledgeable. Prompt. Communicative. Congenial. Respectful. They brought the best of equipment, every part they would need, and super teams of people. They did all the removal, installation, testing, cleaning-up, drywalling, and even painting. They know the regulations and nailed all inspections. I always knew what was next and when.. They are extremely well organized and staffed. They have the feeling of let's do it right. We hired Gladiator Repipe to replace old water pipes with new copper piping. Work was done professionally, and we are pleased with the final result.

I’ve used Gladiators in the past to fix a Shower problem that only heats up for 5 mins, I was so satisfied and how professional they did the job, I had to call Brian again to come out and check my dish washer also my bathrooms faucet, He sent a crew out and did the job, Again I was very satisfied with the job. We had a major plumbing disaster on Thanksgiving day. Gladiator Repipe came out on Saturday of a 4 day holiday weekend to restore our water and do a complete repipe. They all did a great job, and everyone is friendly and respectful. We are very grateful. We had regular plumbing work done since then too, also very happy with their service. Office staff is wonderful too. Highly recommend them.

Gladiator replaced our entire 96-year-old leaking galvanized water supply system, street to faucets, with new copper pipes. Their solutions were creative, they were knowledgeable, they did the job smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule, and easily passed the city inspections. Kudos to Yuri, Jose, Lonnie, Juan, and the entire crew for making the experience as easy as possible, even going above and beyond expectations.

Working with them was a great experience. The crew was very professional. They did the work in a very timely manner. They were right on time for the scheduled assessment and for work. A company you can really rely on. Their was was vey reasonable as well.

Overall I am happy with the outcome of the project. The quality of the work was good and Gladiator sent a huge crew for the day of the major work. We were only out of service (sewer) for ~4 hours, which is much better than I expected. The finish work for patching and repairing (concrete, stucco, tile, sheetrock) was also very good and the workers were friendly and respectful. The biggest parts that can be improved were mostly around communication: 1. There were MANY cases where I was told someone would be showing up and they never arrived, or arrived very late (many hours) without any communication. The first few times this was Edgar himself (project manager), but later it was workers being sent to complete left over tasks.. I often had to call Edgar or the main office to get a status updates and reschedule. In several cases the person that arrived did not know what task they were being sent to accomplish - so I filled in the details. 2. I was told with absolute certainty (I have the text messages) that my inspection had been scheduled with the City of Santa Clara for Friday, Apr 2nd (day after major work). This would ensure trenches would be closed on Saturday without leaving dirt piled on grass until Tues (or later). On Apr 1st when work was started (huge crew), Edgar said he had filed for a permit, but had not heard back (meaning he lied earlier when he confirmed the inspection was scheduled). He drove to the city office (just down my street) and found that Apr 2nd was Good Friday and the city was closed. I had to decide to cancel the city inspection or live with my grass dying after been covered for 4-5 days and the project extended. We decided to cancelled the permit and inspection, but would have preferred to have it completed. The only reason I can see for lying is the fear that I would have booked a different set of dates for the project. He likely had an opening he wanted to fill and didn't want to risk having me pick different dates - the issue being resolved could have waited a bit (unlike some plumbing problems). 3. One of the workers (seemed like a very junior employee) that was digging near the house was snapping many branches from our camellia without any concern. Clean cuts would have been much nicer and for the most part, the branches that were snapped could have been pull back out of the way. When I pointed it out to one of the other workers, they quickly resolved it - but there was plenty of unnecessary damage. I may have done the same when I was 18 if left unsupervised. He just didn't realize that a plant like this can take 25+ years to grow.
