I've ordered knives from this company several times and have experienced excellent service on each occasion. The quality of their knives is superior, the best on the market in my opinion. I own 10 Gunter Wilhelm knives. The quality, weight and look of the knives are great. When the blade of my paring knife broke after a fall onto tile they replaced it immediately.
