The absolute worse experience. This place makes you wait for a referral before you get an appt. Then they make you wait for a call back, AFTER BEING TOLD YOU HAVE A HEART CONDITION! Disgusting! I spoke with the 2 assistants at the desk who were extremely rude. I was hung up on by Nadia bc I told her her attitude was horrible! When I called back , her co worker took her side. Never acknowledged anything Nadia did. They kept interrupting me, it took 25 mins for the appt time to be said, after that I still didn’t get an appt bc I was hung up on. I wasn’t using profanity or screaming. Corporate will explain what reason you guys had to hang up on me, not make my extremely important appt and deny my service. You guys were reported and will continue to be reported until you reap serious consequences. Anybody else who needs the corporate number +1 (972) 391-1900. So disgusting and insensitive to your own patients. It’a clear you guys don’t have a heart problem. You guys should be fired! I work in the medical field and this is total unacceptable. If something happens to my health, this will be a legal matter. Corporate was contacted! Next step, court.
