My pool was built by Hipp Pools in 2012. We have had Hipp Pools maintain and repair our pool since that time. Overall I have been very pleased with the experience. At times, there seems be more delay than I would expect for some of the repair work. However, once the technician determines the issue, I have always received a price quote the same or next day followed by a date the repair can be completed. The repairs have always been completed to my satisfaction and I have always had success with calling Hipp for warranty work.

Hipppools is very hands on and great at answering any and all questions. We were so happy with everything from design, build, quality of materials, customer service, etc. that we continued with weekly service and maintenance. Great company and I highly recommend. We have been loyal customers and fans for almost 5 years.

Mike Hipp is extremely knowledgeable about pool construction and function. We had no hesitation to go with Hipp Pools when building our pool. Sadly, some people have been scammed by pool companies that come and go. Hipp Pools has been around for several years. Can’t say enough about the comfort in knowing our pool was constructed correctly. Mike and Stacy Hipp are very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.
