My family and I found Jennifer and her team to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable. In the very hectic California real estate market, having someone with a team that is well versed in these conditions is very valuable. We found Jennifer’s expertise on the market conditions to be a very helpful and precise. As for the marketing program, the game plan that Homes & Loans came up with, took full advantage of the potential buyer’s behaviors for shopping for homes online and created a ‘buzz’ that my neighbor’s homes where not getting. From our family to you, we appreciate Jennifer and her team for their honesty and for simply getting the job done!

Buying a home is a very intense, crazy and sometimes overwhelming process…mostly getting the mortgage loan. Well, Patrick knows that as he has many years of mortgage experience. Patrick and his team of professionals helped my girlfriend and I purchase our first home and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything he’s done for us. The company as a whole as a full-service mortgage and real estate company handled both the real estate and mortgage process without any hitch. Patrick went above and beyond his respective duties and went the extra mile to put us in a great position. This guy even fixed my credit. If you think he’s experienced and knowledgeable in the mortgage business, well he’s at least that when it comes to credit and how to maximize your credit scores before applying for a mortgage loan. I had a couple old collections on my credit and he took care of them for me. My credit jumped almost 100 points and into the 700s. This allowed him to provide me an interest rate that was 0.75% lower than what I would have obtained otherwise. This in turn saved me $205/month in mortgage payment and thousands in mortgage interest. I would HIGHLY recommend Patrick and Homes & Loans. Give them a shot and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Jennifer helped me sell me home in Glendale, California. She was very attentive to my needs especially being a senior. She still to this day keeps in touch with me since selling my home in 2012 and is always a delight to speak with her. I would recommend Jennifer and her teammates to anyone who's looking to buy or sell real estate.
