Jennifer and her team are just phenomenal. They've helped me throughout the years and have always stayed in touch even after years have passed. I always receive a birthday card and hello text messages from Jennifer from time to time. Very diligent and trustworthy individual above all else. This translates into her work ethic as well. She comes highly recommended from me.

Patrick was very attentive to our needs, he has lots of experience , he help us get a prove for home loan in less then 60 days . When I first started with the process Patrick gave me and my boyfriend lots of great tips to increase our credit . He made us feel so comfortable and he was very honest with us, he made the process super fast and izdy. If anyone is thinking about buying or selling a house you cannot go wrong with Home and loans, best team in the buisness!!!

I've heard time and time again how stressful the home buying process is from friends, family and work colleagues, but working with Jennifer and her team at Homes & Loans was completely the opposite. It was a pleasure working with Jennifer and Patrick. They work phenomenally together as a team and on top of that they're a full service company. They handled the real estate purchase and the financing. Also, they have a great program for buyers. I received a no cost loan, zero origination fee and didn't pay for an appraisal and my credit. The interest rate that I received was better than everyone else that I compared them to. The reason for this is because of their "Homes & Loans Buyer's Program". Since Jennifer and Patrick own the brokerage together, they are extremely flexible. This in-turn saved me thousands out of pocket and tens of thousands in interest over the life of my loan. I would highly recommend anyone who is in the market to purchase their next home to really think about giving Jennifer and her team an opportunity.

You know the feeling when you need something and you know who you can count on when the time comes? Well, that's Patrick. He's been our go to lender/broker for over 10 years now. All of my family and friends have been referred to Patrick and his beautiful and better half Jennifer. These two are like the yin and the yang!

I want to thank Patrick and Jennifer for everything that they have done for my family and me over these past 8+ years. They fixed our credits and worked with us for months to prepare us for our purchase. Once our credit was ready and we were approved for the loan, Jennifer started showing us homes. It was an incredible feeling going out to see properties for the first time and knowing the properties that Jennifer showed us we were already qualified to purchase. What Patrick does that's so great is that he goes through the process of approving his buyer's and not a pre-approval. When we submitted our offer, they included the approval letter showing the sellers that not only were we qualified to purchase the home, but our income and assets were already approved and accepted by the bank. We have throughout the years recommended and referred our family and friends to our very good friends, Patrick and Jennifer.

I want to thank Patrick for all of his hard work. His incredible knowledge and experience of the mortgage business is just phenomenal. He and his company go above and beyond their scope of work. I was turned down by Chase, Wells Fargo and Quicken. Patrick fixed my credit and boosted my credit score in-order for me to obtain the best interest rate possible and it was all included in the service that was provided to me.
