The technicians have been good and helpful, so no complaints there. I wish home water solutions would be more proactive about calling us to schedule yearly maintenance on our system and replace filters.

Good service. Odd situation with dishwashing , however. Sometimes we get good suds, other times none at all. Serviceman had no explanation, and we don't either. Very strange. Good softening in every other way, however.

Edda was awesome! She was very personable and prompt. After installation we had an issue at first receiving what was promised in regards to the Sam's Club certificate, but it was taken care of. Great customer service! So far we are satisfied with the system.
