Almost 20 years ago, Houston Gym opened as an alternative to big, impersonal fitness centers with staffs of high-pressure salespeople. We built a facility that boasts NEW state-of -the-art equipment, yet retains the casual feel of a neighborhood gym. Although this is an older gym with older equipment, the available equipment is perfect to obtain a full body workout. The equipment is almost always in operable condition, the staff is courteous and helpful, the pilates and cycling classes are exceptional, and the atmosphere is friendly, energetic and motivating.

Houston gym by far is a great gym. They really pride themselves on helping you meet your goals. Jon has been helping me through my journey. And they take really good care of veterans that I love the most.
