very personable tech, very interested in my concern, enjoyed his friendliness. i grew up in loveland, we were the only black family up there in 1968. my dad was a computer analyst for HP and my mom worked at samsonite. so we had quite the chat......enjoyed it....my family still lives up there.....it's really grown up...thanks for a great caring and sharing experience.
