Technician and customer service was outstanding. We were in a crunch as our fridge went out a few days before Christmas. Parts were ordered and installed before the holidays, what a holiday saver you all were. Thank you!

Friendly, knowledgeable repair technician was able to determine the problem and give me an accurate estimate. I had the oven repaired and three weeks later, the dishwasher. They work great now!

Have a LG Electric Stove Range and one of the front cook tops was not heating up every time correctly. Contacted Jim & Daves and they diagnosed problem as the relay board needed replacing. The part had to be ordered and when it was in, the technician arrived at the appointed time and quickly replaced the relay board within about 15-20 minutes. I was very pleased with the technician and the company's professionalism. I would highly recommend them.
