I can't say enough positive things about Jim & Dave's. Professional........a quality that is disappearing. And the technician Steve is absolutely fabulous. He's always informative and explains everything superbly. I wish there were more companies like this one.

Jim and Dave’s send out the best and most informative employees. The gentlemen I’ve met are friendly and professional. They explain what’s going on with the appliance and pretty accurate with estimates and order times. The support personnel are always friendly. Their hard work and honesty is appreciated.

Service representative had to comeback multiple times and each time had to order parts which took a week each to arrive (for a total of 3 weeks). Service representative had to come with a more experienced tech to fix the problem.

I have used the services of Jim and Dave, specifically, Cory, for three separate appliances, fridge, washer and dryer. Each time I was completely satisfied. Cory fixed my dryer once and the second time recommended a new one based on the cost of repairs. He did the same for my washer and was very helpful with my fridge as well. When it was time for that new washer/dryer I chose Maytag because Jim and Dave’s do warranty care right from the start! I’ve been in the home making “business” for over forty years and I’ve never found a repair service I liked as well as Jim and Dave’s! I can’t recommend them highly enough!
