You all suck!!!!!! I have yet to receive my item ordered and my credit account has been charged!!!!!!!!!!!! What the ????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one answers me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with this company it started off a little rough product apparently got lost but they Staind on top of it end stayed in contact with me give me a tracking number and I received what I was waiting for plus the people through the email were kind and courteous and always responded I will definitely use this company again in the future

This company is awful! I placed an order on March 30th for a baseball hoodie. Never recieved it. Tried to contact the company via the phone and their website. Never heard a thing from these people. Never recieved a status on my order. The two "tickets" for receiving information on my order are still being processed. One for 17 days, the other for 15 days. Now reading the rest of the reviews it looks like everyone is having this problem. Need to start looking in to legal actions against these types of sites! So mad at this!

If I could have rated it a 0 on all levels I would have. JMJK is the worst company I have ever ordered from. The customer is beyond terrible. It took over 40 days to receive my order. Unanswered emails and no phone number to call to get answers. As far as what I ordered, it was 2 sizes too small, didn't look like the picture of what it represented and the colors of the team of which i ordered for were incorrect. I was hesitant to order from JMJK from the beginning, but saw in the pic it was NIKE made I went for it. Worst decision ever. Don't order anything from this company!! I'm not even sure if i can return my item.

Too bad this rigged system won't let you rate zero for all categories. No product received so zero quality. No product received so zero value. No product received nor did I ever receive a response to four tickets submitted to their crack customer service team (ha!) so zero for timeliness. The experience dealing with this merchant is a big fat zero. Another zero for satisfaction. Lesson learned, this company is disreputable & I will never attempt to purchase anything they offer again.

I ordered a unique Royals hoodie (hockey jersey style) and am very happy with it. It's super warm and looks great - pricey but worth it to me. Very prompt and professional interaction with the company and I would not hesitate to order further from them.

I made an order on March 15th,2016 . The sweater i ordered was shipped but it was an incomplete address( I filled out correct address buy the way , Shipper put wrong address). Sweater was sent back and ive opened 3 tickets regarding this matter but all i get is automated message telling me someone will get back to me. NO one has to date. I will not buy anything again from this company and i strongly recommend the same to all other customers .

I ordered a Miguel Cabrera hockey style jersey sweatshirt from jmjk. First off the quality is amazing. I wanted people to know that if you want something made right then this is the place to order from. The problem that I had was they did not post anything that hinted as to how long it would take to get to me. No options at all to pick express delivery or standard or whatever. So it took about 3 weeks to arrive. I figured a week tops but 3 seemed way too long. By time I got it it was too warm to even wear it. Just wish you could have explained the shipping better in the 1st place, but hey, I like what arrived.

Hello, I rated you so low because I made an order on March 24, 2016. This order has not yet been delivered nor have I received any information on when it will be shipped or why it's taken this long. I really hope this wasn't some scam to take people's money because I would really like to get my Derek Jeter hockey jersey/sweatshirt. William DeMinck
