I have sent three inquiries. we have ordered on 3/21. no shipping information . still says unfulfilled. NO response to email replies. no tracking option. I would rerate you once someone replies and advises where and when we can track and expect purchase. Thank Shannon

I have not received the product I ordered nor have I got any communication from this company. I have emailed the help department several times to inquire where my order is and all I get is an automated response wanting me to set up some kind of account. I don't want an account all I wanted was my hoodie and I'm not even sure if I want that now!!

Horrible!!!! Have not received my order and they have not answered any of my emails!!!! But yet they want me to rate them????? F*cking horrible service!!!!! Oh yea and I'm still waiting for an answer about my order!

Well I can't rate the quality of value of the item because I haven't received it. I has to contact the company a week after I placed the order to see where my item was and at that point a shipping label was created. Two days later the shipping label stated my item was in CHINA! I still don't have it. Not impressed

I ordered my merchandise three weeks ago and still have not received it, you also stated someone would get back to me with a personal response to my inquiries... No product, no response so far about anything via email. Poor service for sure. Very poor customer relations department if you even have one.
