No communication regarding my order. Been 3 weeks, no updates, no shipment, no product. Complete waste of money. Sent 2 emails for clarification on the status of my order, again, no response. I do not plan to ever order from them again.

Sorry for rating so low don't like to do it but I ordered over 2 weeks ago and still have not received my order. I had to message the company to get my order started and processed.

Absolutely no customer service. Can't get anyone to reply to a ticket. Ordered something over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received item nor have a timeline of when it will even be shipped. I continue to receive surveys to rate this company and the product but as far as I can tell the company is a scam!

I have sent emails requesting updated information regarding my order I have not yet received however I have not received a response., it's been over a month and I never got my item nor have I received a refund.

1 Star is too high of a rating. Was asked to rate the business before my package was shipped. Now that my package was supposedly shipped, but delivered to a mailbox in another state, my level of disgust has grown. 24 hours with no reply from the help desk.
