My package was sent to China I've been trying to contact you. Can you ship me my merchandise to my address 15216 South Tarrant ave. Compton, California 90220. If not I want my refund I need to speak with someone. Please contact me. I'm very unsatisfied.

I ordered the Chicago Cubs hockey style hoodie back on the the 19th of March. Paid in full and have YET to receive item. I looked this company up online and came to find out it's based in China and that most orders take more than 2 weeks to ship let alone be received by customer. I'm very disappointed , not in only that I did not receive item and that this company CLAIMS to be based in Ohio. I am out $90 USD. I learned my lesson. Never again from companies that have little to no ratings. Thanks for screwing me out of my money

Not very happy so far! I still have not received my order and at first the tracking number given to me would not pull any information. Now for the part three days it is listed at pre-shipment??? I can't rate the product yet but the pictures look really nice.

I never did receive the jersey that I ordered. I tried using the link for tracking the shipment that I was provided and that did not work. I tried to contact customer service but I kept getting an error message saying "deliver failure". If it was possible to rate this any lower I would have.

As indicated it has been 2 weeks, however, i have not yet received my product then to find out the product is coming from China did not make me happy. The purchase was for a birthday gift for my grandson, however, his birthday is long come and gone

I have not received my purchase and it has been over 2weeks... When I emailed you about it you emailed to click link as I did it told me web site is no longer available... When item finally shipped I see it's from China, no where was that specified..... Hopefully I can add stars if I ever get product that will be a very late gift...

I am still waiting for someone to get back to me about my order. It should of shipped two weeks ago. No one can tell me what is going on, plus I have already been charged for this item. Why is there no phone number for people to call and talk to someone?? Highly disappointed, this was gift for last week and I am still waiting.

Not good service at all. I placed an order on March 21. Still no hoody. Emailed for over a week with no response. Finally get an email back letting me know they would be shipping. From China really. No phone number to call. Don't order.

Wouldn't let me rate 0 on any experiences. Ordered something and never received. No # to call or any way to get a refund. But there is this rating page! Fuck you!
