Since I haven't received the item I ordered or even som type of shipping notification and since then have also not received a timely response when sending an email to your CS team I am rating the items that I can as unfavorably as I can

I place an order over 2 weeks ago I have emailed this company at least 4-5 time over that period and haven't gotten a response it wasn't an issue for my card to be charged but to get no answers is ridiculous

I feel that you guys should update your services and packaging. It's going to a month already and I have yet to receive my package. I just hope it's worth it and I don't get a cheap quality sweatshirt.

This is the worst company. Ever. I ordered a jersey on March 20, and I'm still waiting for delivery even though my credit card has been charged. I've submitted a claim ticket on its website, and have not received any follow up. I've since sent four other emails, but still have not heard anything. There is no phone number listed anywhere on its website, so I can't even call a live human being to discuss the situation. Ironically, I am submitting this review at the request of JMJK, which sent me an email asking me to review the company. Do yourself a favor, don't order anything from this company.

I bought a jersey hoodie two weeks ago I still have not received it. I sent an email asking about the status of the product and instead of a response I get an rate my business email. I would just like to get what I paid for.

I placed order over two week ago and have received 2-3 emails stating that my purchase was on the way. Then you even send me a "tracking" number and it does not even exist. Feeling very frustrated at this point and feel this is a scam.... when you try to email it comes back as undeliverable. Grrrr not a satisfied customer at all. Don't understand why companies do this you are only hurting your self. I will be contacting PayPal to file complant.

It's been 15 days and I'm still waiting for my order. The told me it had shipped 8 days ago and still no package. No tracking information was ever provided, isn't that pretty standard for all items you buy on-line. They claim to offer such great customer service but I haven't experienced any. Will definitely not be ordering from this company again.
