very Responsive, Fair and Honest

I would like to recommend a company that replaced our entire roof. After dong some research and obtaining bids, we decided to have our roof replaced by Just Roofs and Gutters. Initially, we had some reservations because the company is fairly new. However, after looking more deeply, I found that the company founder and his team had many years of experience in the industry. And, their upfront assistance and hand-holding, suggested they were very quality oriented and customer focused. So, we chose them. From the beginning, their personnel were “on it”. Their state-of-the-art technology provided a highly accurate bid which wound up matching the insurance adjuster’s almost precisely. Regarding insurance, due to the age of our roof and previous assessments from our insurance carrier (Country), that the roof didn’t need replacement, we were preparing ourselves to have to pay for the roof out-of-pocket. JRG did two things to assist. 1. Speak with our insurance agent to head off any problems regarding implementing our claim. 2. Meeting the adjuster on-site to assist and represent our interests. The result? Country covered the cost to replace the entire roof minus our deductible and a minimal charge to upgrade our shingles. To say we were relieved would be an understatement. Just Roofs and Gutters worked with us closely on scheduling taking into account our needs, the holidays and, of course, weather. In advance of their arrival, we received information via email on how to prepare for the replacement. The project was scheduled for two days and we were prepared to evacuate to our daughter’s house to avoid the noise. The crew arrived early and got to work. We also received updates as the day went on. Much to our surprise and delight, the job was completed the same day! Lots of factors played into the speed of the job and we had no concerns that corners were cut. In fact, the Project Manager reviewed a couple upgrades they implemented when he came out to inspect the crew’s work and clean up, which was awesome. The Project Manager also performed a second magnetic sweep of our property for debris and nails. He has also offered to return for another sweep when our snow has melted. Further, the Project Manager kept us in the loop regarding our town’s required final inspection. As expected, the installation passed without a hitch, with no remaining conditions to be met. Since the roof was completed, we’ve been contacted several times regarding our satisfaction. They’ve also provided documentation and instructions on how to implement our Owens Corning warranty and have told us what we need to provide our insurance agent so we can obtain our new roof and upgraded shingles discounts. The bottom line is this. We’re extraordinarily happy we chose Just Roofs and Gutters. Further, we will wholeheartedly recommend them to friends and neighbors who need any roofing work. If, at some point we need gutters, JRG will be our first, and only call.

Michael Conner and Just Roofs and Gutters came to our rescue and saved the day! My sellers were one week away from closing when we found out that the roof on their house had to be replaced -- and by closing the next week. Michael jumped into action and met the insurance adjuster at the house, got things squared away with them, got town permits, got the job scheduled AND completed in time to close, all in ONE WEEK. And with a snow storm mixed right in the middle of this super short timeline. They did a great job and we were extremely fortunate to have Michael on the job for us!
