Just started working with Marketing360 several weeks ago and I’ve been highly impressed with their customer service, expertise, quality of work and timeliness. I can’t say enough about the service I’ve received from my assigned Marketing Executive, Danielle Pierre, and Project Manager, Graham Soraci. They very quickly came up to speed on the qualities and intricacies of our market and are quickly moving down the path to help us achieve our business goals. They have truly created the collaborative environment they presented in our initial conversations. Today, I work alongside them as one team. They are a pleasure to work with and I trust their expert guidance and appreciate their very quick response to any of my communications. I'll tell you what I think and be glad to do it! Dream it up and they can do it - does that sum it up? The team I'm working with is Maureen AKA "Mo", Brett "Curley" and Graham "NOT a Larry" - these guys were as fun as working with the 3 Stooges and went above and beyond what I expected. I'm not a technical person but I have a good feel of what I wanted to see and they bring it all to life. My website is built (adjustments will be made to it as we go) which went LIVE today and the process couldn't have been easier. Graham "G-Man" Soraci did an awesome job - went step by step, at times pushed past a couple of steps on his own - because he did such a great job with our initial discussions he just showed me what I thought I wanted to see and it was SPOT ON. Now, we're in the Marketing part of the build and I no longer feel like I'm "rolling the dice" for results. Mo and Brett will be working with me to drive our page on 3 social media platforms and soon we'll also be completing a video. My process isn't quite 100% complete, but I've been excited every step of the way - I have a great team working with me so when our marketing is running 100%, my team can do what we do best.

My team at Madwire is the best! Super responsive and friendly as well as professional and timely. We've only been with them for a little over a month, but we've already seen improvement over all our social media platforms. Followers, engagement and sales are up! I recommend them to anyone looking to skyrocket their brand!
