My recent purchase was my fourth with Magic Micro. I very much appreciated the back and forth communication while we were setting up the order. I sought advice and guidance with the various component parts and received thoughtful feedback from the staff. Excellent customer service. And when a part was found to be faulty (a wireless card antenna broke) after I received the order, a new one was quickly mailed to me without any hassle whatsoever.
