Sorry, I don't remember his name, but one of your technicians came up tp our house in a snowstorm to check my oxygen tank. He could not get up our drive so he walked up and determined my tank was defective. A neighbor took him down to his truck, picked up a new machine and brought him back up. The new machine works great. Hope he got home safe. Suggestion: Get some 4-wheel drive trucks.
