My mask was not in their inventory. Have to wait 5-7 business days for home delivery. Seems like they should order items when they are out of stock, do as not to run out.

In person service is great. Website is confusing between several different companies and a nearly constant requirement to change my password. I have trouble logging in almost every time. So my web based customer experience is poor.
