Professional customer oriented staff.

This email is a prime example of how not to get realistic feedback. If you choose the link that says that you need improvement, as a user I am taken to a contact us form so I can do all of the work to tell you what you need to do to be better. However If i select the "exceptional service" link this goes to a third party that I am guessing the same people are not seeing the good and the bad responses. If you even get any that are helpful. There is a lot of room for improvement in your process from start to finish. Too much to list in this format.

The gentleman who gave me the orientation for my CPAP was excellent! He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Top notch Customer Service!

It’s hard to rate my experience - other than to say the staff set up a time to for me to pick up my pulse ox. They explained everything and seemed knowledgeable. Then I returned it and got instructions on what to expect next

Patrick did a great with getting everything we needed

Nick was professional and polite. He explained and demonstrated how all of the equipment operated and answered all of our questions. He was very patient and understanding. He also told us what to expect when dealing with his company and the insurance company in the future as to requirements, supplies and questions. Overall he did a great job!
