Honest, priced to compete with box store chains. Quality far superior to online bed-in-box matress supplies, so don't bother to compare. Sales team zero, I mean zero pressure. They help you make the best choice for you, not the best choice for their bottom line. They could have sold us up, but encouraged us to buy a less expensive mattress because WE WERE MORE COMFORTABLE! Arrival early, recycled our old to a special non-profit that recycles all parts of old mattresses. The Mattress Mill even eats some of the cost of recycling! Mattress arrived early. Great communication by drivers. Moving staff was friendly, trustworthy, polite and skilled. Wish I needed another mattress! I want to go back!

Very accommodating especially with locating and purchasing new bed frames to go with the new twin XL mattresses. The delivery guys were personable and careful carrying the old mattresses out and the new ones in. Wish I’d replaced the old mattress much sooner. Like shopping with local businesses.

I loved working with Mattress Mill every step of the way. Jack helped me choose the right mattress and was super kind and generous with his time. When it came time to place an order, they called to the back to assure my mattress could arrive right when I needed it. The delivery guys were quick, efficient and very nice too, letting me know everything I needed to know about my purchase and warranty. Now I am sleeping soundly and in love with my new mattress! It's always a treat to support local, especially when the business is family owned and treats you as such. I also really love how they let you swap out parts for the zipper mattress if needed. I don't think I will need that but it makes the whole process less stressful knowing my investment comes with some flexibility and major TLC.
