I have reported this company, aka Deal to Win, Inc., to the Better Business Bureau as I think they are teetering on fraud. They never sent an order confirmation, after I tracked down my invoice through PayPal, my orders had not been initiated. Then they blamed the photos being corrupted... and now the shipping company has the items "lost in transit." In spite of what their website alludes to, there is no way to reach them by phone (a complaint on the BBB for years now). They continue to string me along. I am out around $130 (including the Groupon) with ZERO items to show for it... and several family members without Christmas gifts. They seem to have no intention of refunding me and do not seem concerned about getting my items to me. Over a month later, I can only conclude they rely on people giving up and then just pocket the money. I am also highly suspicious the other reviews are bogus. TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS!!!

If I could give this business 0 stars I would! I purchased items from their cyber Monday sale, but days before Christmas, no items have been received! I searched and searched for a phone number to reach out to customer services, but could not find one. I finally heard back via email that not only was my order not completed, but they are now OUT of severe items I purchased and paid for, and crossed off my Christmas list as bought! The company claims its due to Christmas, but this is a lie. I did purchase from them once before, and THAT order took much longer than expected then, but I was informed by their customer service that it was a fluke. It was NOT a fluke. This company has horrible customer service and lies about their production time! I would NOT USE THEM AGAIN! They charged my credit card almost a month ago and I have NO ITEMS to show for it!

The positive reviews must be from family members! I ordered 3 blankets December 3 and have continously checked status. As of today they are still in production and their explanation is the Christmas rush! This company is a joke! I will not get my order before Christmas because they have no control over shipment.
