Much confusion on new REALID system but I was there the first month of implementation. Took my mother a year later and things went very smoothly. Cost were high but worth the time difference compared to state sites.

It is so nice to be able to give info over the phone, have all your documents when you go MVD, they hand you your sticker for your plate. Once they verify your info. The sticker is waiting for you when you walk in
