BEWARE!! Regret my decision! Save yourself the frustration of coming to this imitation want a be eye optical.I should have walked out.1st red flag: NO actual Dr on-site. BS eye exam is done remote with some dude in a video chat wearing a white coat that can’t speak clear English handling the equipment with a remote control! Wth!!! Spent over $800 dollars on 2 glasses that were over priced! Good luck on glasses arriving on time because they are manufactured Kamala knows where and customer service Rep “olga” from India refuses to help. San Antonio store on SW military Rep Kathia can’t help. Website weekly says shipping delayed. You will get redirected to website to check status of BS eye glasses status! Please I implore you DONT TRUST THIS FAKE WANT-A-BE optical store. Only good thing I can say is saleswoman in store was the sweetest.

Not only where my glasses way more expensive than normal I tried to cancel order that day and was told I only have 1 hour to cancel, despite the corporate police of 24 hours. They are franchised so they set their own rules. The lens popped out of my sunglasses not even 2 months after getting them. I went by thinking they will just tighten screw. The girl (very nice) says the screw is stripped. How? I just got them that means that they came that way.. She says it needs a frame replacement and I'll have to pay 20% because it's after 30 days.

This was my first time getting my eyes checked here. Everyone is amazing and friendly! April connected with me and she was just the most down to earth person. She helped me pick out my colored contacts and two pairs of glasses that matched my face and personality so well! 10/10 recommend! Loved April!!
