Overall I have been satisfied with the service. Appear to be working better since the SIM card update. The can be inconsistencies based on time of day. I have recommended service to others in our community as Verizon, T-mobile and AT&T don’t feel that it is a priority to offer the 5G to our community. Cable and fiber don’t offer service to our subdivision and don’t have plans to offer anytime in the near future.

Love the service. Love the speed for a fair price. My only complaint is a lot of dropped service, seems to be more lately. Usually only lasts for a few minutes. Sometimes requires a reboot.

It has it's moments where the internet has a lag, but overall it is okay. Wish it was cheaper.

they came through when all the major carriers could not provide me with Internet service. They walked me through outside antenna installation and got me running the day I received the equipment. A+

Overall the service is great for rural customers that have cell phone service. I typically did not have any down time and the unlimited/unthrottled service was wonderful at keeping up with our whole-house use. I only stopped using the service because faster internet was made available to my location.

Your prices are up to the point where I can get Starlink and pay the same monthly fee and have a better connection. I was all about the service when it was around $50 a month but now its almost $100 a mo th

Mr. Baker, 1st off, thank you for being a customer since May 2021. When you started service with us it was $74.99 plus Government Fees. Start of 2023, we had to increase our prices to $83.99 plus Government Fees due to inflation. We provide a router at no additional charge, whereas Starlink charges the subscriber for their equipment at $120 a month for service and $599.99 for the equipment. I see the last ticket you have in our records was from a year ago. If you have any issues with connectivity, you can always reach out to our many channels of support.
